About Us

Courtney Long, Chief Executive Officer

My name is Courtney Long and I am the CEO of Tracking Balances. 


Life becomes absolutely incredible when you're able to prioritize your work/life balance. A healthier work/life balance can allow you to be more productive. That’s one thing my business allows not only myself, but my clients to do as well. We allow our clients the flexibility of their time, which can be better invested in their business, or their personal lives. 

We have a very short life, why spend it feeling like we have to do everything ourselves? 

My strive to help others is my biggest motivator. I created my business because I love seeing businesses grow. I couldn’t be more blessed to have the opportunities that I have had to help our business community do just that. More flexibility with time and money while ensuring financials are taken care of properly gives my clients the extra leg up they need to help their business succeed. I couldn’t be more thankful to be apart of that. 


In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family. My hobbies include fishing, hunting and traveling.

Where it all started

2022

In 2022, I quit my job in corporate finance and created Tracking Balances. What I didn't realize was how life changing it would be. 

By December of 2022, I created an insured bookkeeping business with two full scale bookkeeping clients. Whoop Whoop! 


2023

In June of 2023, Sierra joined Tracking Balances as an Administrative Assistant. Sierra very quickly became an amazing asset to the team. 

In November 2023, the Tracking Balances office was opened in downtown Palatka.  SUPER EXCITING!! 

By the end of 2023, we serviced a total of 23 bookkeeping clients! God is so good! 

2024

In October 2024, Tracking Balances became a member of the Putnam County Chamber of Commerce. 

By the end of 2024, we have serviced a total of 28 bookkeeping clients, holding 12 full scale contracted bookkeeping clients. SO VERY BLESSED! 

2025

So very excited to see what God has in store next for us...
