Courtney Bass, Chief Executive Officer
Hi, I’m Courtney Bass—owner and founder of Tracking Balances LLC.
In 2022, I felt God leading me to step away from my corporate finance career and into something that aligned with my values and purpose. What began as a leap of faith quickly became one of the most life-changing decisions of my life. Today, I’m beyond grateful to serve business owners through bookkeeping, financial clarity, and peace of mind.
At the heart of my work is a simple “why”: I love helping people succeed. I believe entrepreneurs deserve freedom—the freedom to focus on what truly matters without feeling weighed down by the numbers. When their books are organized and stress is lighter, their businesses (and lives) thrive.
Every client I work with is more than just a business—they’re a story, a dream, and a purpose in motion. I feel blessed each day to play even a small role in their growth. Flexibility, clarity, and balance aren’t just goals—they’re what help businesses move from surviving to thriving.
I couldn’t do this without the support of my family, friends, and clients who have trusted me along the way. And above all, I thank God for His faithfulness and for giving me the opportunity to serve others through the gifts He’s placed in me. 🤍

Hi, I’m Sierra — Executive Assistant at Tracking Balances LLC.
I joined this team after feeling God open a door that allowed me to use my gifts in a way that supports both people and purpose. I’ve always had a heart for organization, clarity, and helping others feel at ease, and this role has become a place where those strengths can truly serve.
Each day, I’m grateful for the opportunity to support our clients and our team with excellence, compassion, and intention. Whether I’m managing workflows, or helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, my goal is simple: to create space for others to thrive in what they’re called to do.
I believe every business owner deserves peace, balance, and someone in their corner — and I’m honored to play a small part in that. Outside of work, you’ll find me creating handcrafted botanical products, spending time with my family, or enjoying the quiet beauty of home life here in Florida.

Hi, my name is Emily, and I am a Bookkeeping Specialist at Tracking Balances. I help businesses stay organized and strive to make sure your numbers are accurate, clear, and stress-free.
God has led me to this role and continues to give me strength and purpose in my work each day. I am committed to excellence in all I do, providing reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeping that gives clients peace of mind and confidence in their financial future.
I value confidentiality and trust, and I understand the importance of handling financial information with care and respect. Above all, I believe in building relationships—not just balancing numbers—by offering genuine care, communication, and support for each client’s success.
I am also committed to continuous growth and learning, staying current with best practices and tools to better serve my clients with skill and integrity.
When I’m not working, you can find me enjoying time on the boat in the sun with my family. I especially love spending time with my baby boy, who is such a special blessing in my life.
